Vice President of the EuroAmerica Foundation. He graduated in Law from the Autonomous University of Mexico and the Complutense University of Madrid. Master’s in laws (LLM) from Harvard Law School. Among many other official positions, he has been chargé d’affaires in different Embassies, Cultural Advisor in Mexico, Angola, Consul General in New York, and Ambassador for special affairs in North America.
