Carlos has spent 30 years in the humanitarian sector, the last 26 with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). He is now retired and dedicates himself to business and personal coaching. He is a volunteer for the Spanish Red Cross (department of International Humanitarian Law), teaches classes on IHL at the IE University, is a volunteer for the MPDL and a member of the editorial board of the magazine “Tiempo de Paz”.
Carlos is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the ICF and a Licensed Coach by the Ikigai® Coaching Institute. He has a DAS in International Relations, a master’s in human resources, an Advanced Management Program with the IE business School and a Certificate in Leadership of Strategic Initiatives with the IMD.
