Theatre director, choreographer, playwright and professional of the Institut del Teatre de Barcelona. Founding member of the Academia de las Artes Escénicas de España and of the organizing committee of the Premis Max. In 2016 she was appointed Director of the Teatro Español de Madrid and in 2020 Artistic Director of the Teatro Nacional de Cataluña (TNC). She holds a degree in Art History from the University of Barcelona. She has taught Directing and Acting at the Institut del Teatre de la Diputaició de Barcelona and has been Artistic Director of Factoria Escènica Internacional. Since 2014 she has been a member of the Academy of Performing Arts.
